This is always a fun thread to watch, so I thought I would start one here.

Took out walls in bathroom and bedroom. Made my walk through bath a private bath and made the bedroom much bigger.Always wanted private bath after having the walk through, tried trading but were insulted with value so figured what the heck lets try it. Turned out really nice.It was on our 2003 Coachmen Cross Country 370DS.Pics I Think

Drove 20 miles to the next campground!

Installed new 12volt relay
And it now all systems works like a charm

Dissected the old relay that wouldn't latch ON and couldn't readily ID the problem.
There was some black gunk on the copper washer and contacts...?
Without much fanfare I couldn't get into the coiled wire section...perhaps it failed in there

Nevertheless the new one works well

Nothing as we're doing work around the house getting ready for winter. May have to winterize the motor home before we know it. Leaves are at peak for fall.

Installed home stereo in basement for tailgating. Need to build shelves to organize it.

Installed a 2nd coax jack towards the middle of the coach. This way we can watch tv without breaking our necks.

Got to this point in my conversion from gas to diesel for my motor home. Converting the gas pusher into a diesel pusher.

On Friday I finished installing a new radiator and hydraulic oil cooler, new coolant with filter and hoses and new hyd. oil and filter. Whew! Big job!!

We have put another 250 miles on it for a total of 1400 over the last 4 days. By the end of the month we will be adding another 3000.

Today, I weighed the rig, Front, back, left, right and all 4 corners. About 18,500 with full gas tank, 1/4 water and the bins under the drivers side slide empty. I have nearly 3.500 pounds available to a full load, plus the tow.

Had the brake line replaced (that is in another thread) took a trip NJ to WV and back. Can't understand why I get under 6MPG heading to WV from NJ and 7.5 coming home, this is not a one time occurrence. I've gassed up in that region on several trips and every time the mileage is better heading home.

We have a 2012 Monaco LaPalma. We park it at our home and it faces the afternoon sun. We couldn't find a sun shade that we wanted so my husband made one. We bought some insulation that was double sided foil. It was 4 ft wide and he bought the length we needed for the width of the windshield He used two narrow boards to stablize the ends. drilled a whole in each side and used bungee cords to fasten it to the window frame. Works great. He is a great do-it-your self guy.
Had him for 53 years so I guess it is working out.
