The filter in my a/c unit, rooftop. Seems to be always being sucked uppart way into the coil area. That foam filter. The fix, I put a piece of hardware cloth over the foam to hold it flat. That should work.

Good hot afternoon to all.
Took the a/c shroud off to clean the coils. OMG, did they need it.They get cleaned at least once a year.
Before putting the shroud back on. painted the black shroud with paint athat matches the color of the mh. OOOOO looks so much better. And I think that the a/c may cool a little better now that the black shroud iss not soaking up the heat. A much lighter color now.

Started packing for my two week solo trip. Heading to the drag race in Sonoma then to Seattle. Washed the roof of the coach as the birds did a number on it, good time to inspect everything up there. Sorting and putting things away inside, need some grub and propane then I'm good.

Just loaded my pit bike on the back, loading up food and more stuff.

Installed a Firestik CB no ground plane antenna and coax on the passenger side of my Freightliner M2 chassis. The drivers side has a combination AM/FM/CB antenna and I could not get the SWRs to come down. So much fiberglass on these rigs no ground plane was the only way to go. They leave the ring terminal off so you can route the coax easier.

Put some Eternabond on some areas i didnt like the looks of. Did another round of compounding / Waxing the front fender flares and steps. Got up early to beat the heat. And found out about getting used billboard material for cheap tarps for the motorhome and wood piles. Regular tarps Start to decay after a year or two. Hopefully these will last longer.
