What do you carry for protection?

Everything that I can legally carry for the states that I am in or pass through.

We sometimes stay at military base campgrounds so we don't keep more onbooard than the attack kitty and nippy Auzzie! However if we decide we won't be on base during a trip..."whatever we decide to take along"!

I wear #30 sunblock and a visor if I'm working outside. I'll put on my safety glasses if working around the batteries.

I definitely wear a full baseball cap if I'm working around the motorhome as I've bumped my head on the slides more than once.

When I'm riding my 27 speed Trek bike, I'll wear my helmet and I have extra protection when I turn on my front flashing LED light and the rear flashing red LED.

Other than that, that's about it.

A tee ball baseball bat in the compartment over the door. It comes in handy for breaking up bags of ice.

Only been challenged at one base, Nellis in LV. They gave directions to the armory and that was it. The on duty armorer gladly accepted everything we had and we picked them up on our way out a week later.
