Which oil

I don't own my V-10 anymore traded it away! But I used Mobil 1 - 5W-30W Synthetic Motor Oil with the gold cap (Extended Performance). In fact I still use that oil today in all my vehicles.

T bone, the same 5w20, and it and the filter are at Wally World. I am sure that Ford wants their V10 to last therefore they put the best fluids in it.
