It will only work if you have a large cargo sliding tray so you can bring it out enough to pivot to vertical and then back to shade it.
Each one would have to be custom designed for the width of the tray, the thickness of the TV and the height of the opening. The mounting holes would be less of a problem but you can see the alum tubes I had to rig to mount the LED TV in the last picture above.
