Widows 2021 bounder 33c

We have a 2021 fleetwood bounder 33c the duel pane widows on left side we can't open what are we doing wrong ? The dealer said they push out but they are not going out

Not being condescending but first,
1. Are you sure the locks are not in a locked or latched position?
2. Is the gasket possibly stuck to the window?
Is the gasket felt, or rubber? Is there any movement at all? Can you slide a putty knife between the glass and gasket?
