Yes.
The cabinetry is nicer and more plentiful. The Corian. The windows/glass down both sides. The skirting. The motorized sofa.
All these items cost money, so I'd say the price differential is worth it.
It really comes down to which layout works best for you though. Also you need to drive both to make sure they both have acceptable driving dynamics. I think the Travato drives great - seems to be well balanced and enough power. Can't say that yet for the Lexor. So if it drives like crap, then I'd say that it's pretty, but not worth the extra bread.
