I have a wineguard slimline sat.dish for direct tv had it for 2 years love it but signal strength is always lower than at my house with a clear view of sky when it rains I loose recpetiom when I should not is there away to tweek it to get stronger signal

Try moving the top coax connector to another one of the four antenna outputs and make sure that you have the termination connectors on the unused coax antenna outputs.
