Winnebago Minnie slide out problems

I previously posted a question about the problem with my slide out here .

The slide won't move out today and there is a louder noise (it appears that the motor is running freely). I think the pin maybe broken . Have you replaced your slide out pins ? if so, where did you buy the pins ? Do you have any instructions on how to replace the pins ?

The slide out was made by Kwikee . It has two separate motor driven screws that move the slide in and out. RV model is 2003 Winnebago Minnie 24F.

I have a 2003 Winnebago Itasca which I believe has the same slide out. Last February I had problem with it not working properly. I removed the outside square cover on the side that wasn't working. What I found if I remember right was a tube held in place by a pin on each side. The pins were pushed out of place. I had to take it apart and straighten and re-weld the bracket.
