Per lunchtime call to Winnebago this and many of their other models do not come with a CD-DVD-Bluray player, and it isn't Winnebago optional equipment. Instead, the RV is wired for cell/tablet streaming and comes with several adapters for different makes of phone/tablet/whatever.
Addendum to my original misleading post. The media center doesn't have a gaping hole where the DVD player would go, there are two punch-out plates, one for audio-video other for satellite. Dealer carries three different brands DVD-Bluray and would give me one but they're all too big to fit in the media center 'hole'.
I am sure you could find one on Amazon for $40 or less.
It is surprising they are making units stream ready and without DVD players. While I agree this is where we are going, until cell companies offer truly unlimited cellular data plans, you'd spend a LOT of money streaming shows and movies. Cable internet streaming is easy and cheap, cellular - not so much.
