As an owner of a 2019 Sunstar 35LX I can also attest that the media center only has a "slot" (with a cover) for a DVD. Although the outside entertainment center does have a DVD included with the radio. Personally I was glad, since if you look inside that box you will find an HDMI cable that is connected to the main living area TV. I was able to put a Chromecast type device on it and use it to stream anything from my phone or tablet. This is a much better solution for us to watch what we want. Although I may eventually stick a cheap DVD in there.
