Please tell us what RV you have.

And are you sure that your back up camera is 120 VAC-- that would be unusual.

It may be on a GFI circuit. Check GFI's if they are tripped.

Some GFI outlets trip with the small transformers that are used to charge phones and other accesories, I can not charge my phone or plug the computer to any of the GFI outlets, they immediately trip.

Are there any other dead outlets in the RV? The chances of this outlet being the only one on a breaker is pretty small.

Check in all cabinets, the bathroom, all outside compartments as well as in the exterior door of the refrigerator. I'll bet you'll find at least one more dead outlet and it will be a GFCI outlet that is tripped. Just use a small 120v night light and check every single outlet on the coach.

If this is truly the only outlet that is not functioning you can probably rule out:

the transfer switch
the breakers
fuses (it's 120v so it's going to be on a breaker
the shore power cord

Leaving:
A bad outlet (Most likely)
a wiring issue to that outlet (less likely)
