Some times a heat gun will soften the glue to make the old panel come off easier, but you still have to clean the surface completely. I don't recommend a propane torch as they can be a bit tricky, and burn the entire coach down. It is tough to get off. You will need to make up some upright braces to hold the new panels in place. Usually a board that is braced against the opposite wall or some other part of the coach.
my suggestion, insure for $10,000, follow up with propane torch glue removal.
