If you have plastic valves that are exposed to the air/wind, I would wrap a rag around them with duct tape. The pex lines will be fine, it's the plastic valves that can crack.
If your bottles of water are not beginning to freeze in an unheated area then your valves should be ok.

If hooked to water, unhook at night. Possibly your tank drain valves could freeze but no worry until it hits mid 20s or lower for several hours. Most of the Park is around 8000 feet.

No. The hose may freeze though if you are connected to the camp/"municipal water" source.

Did some winter camping in Yosemite at that temperature with fresh water in my tank with no problem.

Did same in Nevada while my hose is connected to the camp water source, the hose freeze and had to wait through mid day to have it defrosted. Had to use the spare and load fresh water into the tank meanwhile.

No worries.

I would not use water hose. Fill fresh water during day and use pump.
Other then that, I would not be too concerned.

Thirty concerns me. It just costs too much to fix.
