BBQ Cabbage

Question

I had some BBQ Cabbage for St Patrick's day and it was really good. I think I will be adding this to the camping meals rotation.

The one I had was done in the oven, but I bet this could be done on the side of a fire.

Have done this more than once. It is really fun to put in the center of the table when everyone sits down. It is also quite tasty.Made it on a pellet grill.

LetsRV: off the subject, but what pellet grill do you have and or recommend? I'm in the market and considering a Rec Tec RT300 (mini) or the Green Mountain Davy Crocket.
