Have done this at a couple rallies. Just set the ingredients out like a buffet, and everyone adds to the eggs what suits their fancy(cheese, peppers, mushrooms, bacon or whatever), then add to the eggs in the ziplock bags then squish it around for a minute and put it into the boiling water. SO EASY!! and minimal mess. Always a hit for breakfast. Gary
