Cheese snack rounds

These are quick, require few ingredients and taste good. Would be great for New Year's too.

1 jar (5 ounces) sharp pasteurized process cheese spread
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
2 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Mix cheese spread and baking mix. Shape into roll, about 1 inch in diameter, on lightly floured surface. Roll in sesame seed, pressing lightly if necessary. Wrap and refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut roll into 1/4-inch slices. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown, 8 to 10 min. About 42 appetizers.

I use Old English spread and Jiffy mix. I don't toast the seeds because I think they toast enough when baking.
