Cookware for convection microwave combo?
Do you still need to avoid any metal, or just when you use the microwave capability?

- When using the convection, you can use metal, glass or anything you would use in a normal oven. If you have metal racks that are to be used on the convection setting, don't forget those. The racks are not used when using the microwave. I only use paper, glass or micro safe plastics in my microwave.
- Just with microwave capability. Some have instructions saying you can use metal in the micro.....but I'm old school and decided it isn't worth it to me. Definitely use metal in the convection.
