We are wondering if the inverter that is factory installed in our rv (400 watts) would handle a small crock pot while we are driving? The inverter runs the TV plug only, so of course we would unplug ...

High or Low depends on how far we are traveling for the day. If we set the crock-pot up in the morning before heading out for the days travel, we will determine if we want it for lunch or dinner, then set it accordingly... high or low. Either way, works fine.
