One time my son (age 1.5 yrs) and his dad ate almost a pint of pickled beets. The next day my mother was watching my son, and called in a panic. It took me a few minutes to figure out what was going on. :D

Costco sells some really awesome beet pickles. I've been known to eat more than my fair share, The jar is huge!

First time it was a moment of apprehension the next morning, but now it's just one of those " Oh yeah, beets last night" moments...
