Easy no Bake Cherry Delight Cheese Cake.

Lady Finger Cherry Delight Cheesecake



Ready in 15 minutes



Ingredients.
Serves: 12
280g Lady Fingers 10 oz, You can also use Strawberry Shortcake Cups. Cut in half, then in Strips in Place of Lady Fingers.
24 Ounces cream cheese, softened. Soften in Microwave for 30 Seconds.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
16 Ounces Cool Whip.
21 Ounces canned Cherry Pie Filling.

Preparation method
Prep: 15 minutes

Place Lady Fingers on the bottom and around the edge of a spring-form pan.

In a large bowl beat together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the Cool Whip.
3.
Spoon 1/2 of cream cheese mixture into springform pan; cover with a layer of lady fingers and add remaining cream cheese mixture.
4.
Layer remaining lady fingers and top with fruit pie filling. Chill before serving.
This is absolutely delicious!
  • This is very good. My MIL used to make this in one of the graham cracker crusts. I've also made it in the chocolate pre-made crust. That's good too.

    The recipe is exactly the same -- just different base to put it on.

    Did she layer it with Graham Cracker Mix like you do with Lady Fingers?
  • No, she just used the crust, put the cream cheese mixture in, and topped with a can of cherry pie filling. When she would serve it, she put a dollop of cool whip or whipped cream on the top of each piece.

    I've also made it with blueberry pie filling and that was good, too.
