spread with whipped cream cheese
lay dry pickle spear
roll up and spear with 3 toothpicks cut into bite size pieces and stand upright on platter so the middle is showing.
Simple, yet delish!
I make these with green onions instead of pickles. My aunt made it for a church dinner seems no one was worried about onion breath!
