Need a new dessert idea?

Why did I just know that this topic would be a Super Dave recipe?

I can envision these as cute little mini desserts. Use mini eclairs, cut up the churros in thirds, top with candy scoops of frozen yogurt. Squirt on the whipped cream and top. Might be nice with a sprinkling of toasted pecans.

Would not melt as quickly either! terry r.

I just downloaded a new diet for myself and my wife. I come to this site and POW...! right in the belly! Thanks a lot Dave! just kidding....
I love this forum and have used a lot of the ideas and recipes over the last several months. But no worries, its all good in moderation;)

Well, that's really great!.... but to be the devil's advocate here ... It takes frozen yogart. Now think about this, for all you folks who don't like to run your refrigerators when traveling? That looks yummy. Unfortunately, If I tried to make it, it would probably just be a big glob of mess! Especially on a hot summer day!

What is that..dulce de leche and chocolate sprinkled atop whipped cream and ice cream! What kind of "bread" is the bun made of? The bottom looks like those fried dough sticks dipped in sugar and cinnamon (can't recall the name)but no idea what the sides are.
