This is a new dessert at the Arizona D-Backs stadium this summer.

I can envision these as cute little mini desserts. Use mini eclairs, cut up the churros in thirds, top with candy scoops of frozen yogurt. Squirt on the whipped cream and top. Might be nice with a sprinkling of toasted pecans.
