Sandwich for Breakfast?

Anyone else like sandwiches for breakfast? This morning I am having one filled with tri-tip, tomato, cheese, onion, and lettuce on a sour dough steak roll. I discovered a recipe for honey mustard and will use that instead of mayo.

Also like cold spaghetti or Chinese left-overs as breakfast foods! We never had cold foods when I was a kid, but as an adult I love them.

We use to be the people who only ate so called "Breakfast" foods for breakfast and so on. We threw that out the door a few years ago. If it looks good, tastes good, we eat it. I love onions, so fresh white bread, butter, lots of pepper and a sliced onion..mmmm. Not much to it, but my fav. Of course no one gets to close to you for the rest of the day, not a bad thing some times.

I normally have oatmeal during the week before work, but on the weekend I will have either omelettes or bkft burritos or sammiches.

My fave sammich is sourdough bread with egg, feta cheese, red onion softened and spinach.

they all sound delicious and much better than a bowl of cold cereal! Yum - belly sticking food.

Bologna on white bread with butter. Got that out of an automat in Philly when I was young. YUM!

I sorta got hooked on the Jimmie Dean type frozen breakfast meal for single person... Got several different things to eat for breakfast... Even Biscuits and Gravy

One of our favorites is sourdough toast, two over easy eggs, some meat (bacon, ham, steak, spam...etc), cheese with mayo.

Another is toasted english muffins, mustard, lettuce & tomatoes plus bacon.

Anytime a restaurant serves a Monte Cristo sandwich for breakfast, I order it
