I made it last night using one quart of strawberries and one quart of fresh rhubarb. It was terrific! Just add an extra cup of sugar for the rhubarb. Served in a 9" X 13" baking dish and cut into 12 pieces, you're looking at 300 calories -- less if you make your own yocheese using fat free yogurt.
