Turkey dry rub?
Does anyone out there have a good recipe for a good dry rub? I used to have one but had to reset the computer back to factory default and lost mine. DW does not like spice but likes a zesty rec...

What I've used in a Weber charcoal grill is just oil on the turkey, then course ground salt and pepper. But, I do use hickory chips on the coals. I find I don't need more seasoning that this.
One other thought is to google Mike Mills 'Magic Dust' recipe. This recipe is from a BBQ restaurant in Illinois and is pretty good. But, I prefer simple and the fewer the ingredients the better.
