Well Dressed Bird

Around my house, folk would eat the bacon and throw the turkey to the dogs. We never have turkey as nobody like it.

I do hope you're deep frying that.

From a pure curiosity standpoint, I just wonder how long it takes to weave a bird like that. When my wife goes to the hair dresser, she's there for hours!!

Double ditto: the bacon mummy wrap is best on pork loin or meat loaf. Brined turkey can stand on its own and be delicious.
