What are you making in your rig for St. Paddy's Day?

Us...nothing!!! We are taking the day off.

Here at our winter home the Resort Chef is doing it all at the Clubhouse.

Corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrots...the whole nine yards.

:p

Sounds absolutely wonderful! My sister-in-law used to cook corned beef and cabbage in the slow cooker...and I have made the Key lime cake...MMMmmmmm
  • I'll stick with my traditional 7 course meal. A six pack and a package of Twinkies. :)
  • On November 4, 2013, my bathroom scale registered 300 lbs. As of today, I have lost 1/10th of that body weight. Since most of my old clothes are 1240 miles away until May, I have to resort to a pair of suspenders to avoid embarrassment.

That calls for a corned beef and cabbage celebration at the local Moose on Old 41 here in Bonita Springs, FL. I might even have a second beer since I didn't have one on Thursday! (You can't eliminate all good things from your diet.)
  • We'll do ours at the stick house. Jewish corned beef and cabbage with some American potatoes.:R
