Double ditto. - DutchmenSportExplorerWe don't do an actual grill, but we use a flat electric griddle. The worst is bacon grease. The grease is caught in the griddle catch pan. After cooking, we use paper towel and wipe it all down, then use the paper towel to absorb the bacon grease from the drip pan. Then throw the paper towel away in the trash. We go through a lot of paper towel, but it disposes of the grease in a good way.
If we have a fire going, I'll pour the grease over the fire. We do this at home too. Paper towel everything, pots and pans, anything greasy, and throw the paper away. Being on a septic tank at home, you don't want grease going through your pipes and turning hard, and what does get thorugh gets into your septic tank and then in your leaching lines clogging them up. Inside the camper, we always wipe the grease off everything, including the plates and forks so the bare minimal goes down the drain. Anything down the drain is subject to starting a clog, and in a camper that just is no fun at all.
With any kind of grill, this is the best way to clean it up. Paper towel everything and then toss the paper towel in the trash, unless you have the luxury to burn it (which we do at home). - OasisbobExplorerLots of opinions here. We burn it out or, if we can, pour it into our fire ring as fire starter

X3. Line the grill with foil. Too easy. - nineoaks2004ExplorerWe also wipe the pan/s and burn the greasy paper in the fire ring, if there is a lot of grease we sometimes keep it if it will be used for a future meal (such as frying fish) if not it goes on the fire ring too.
- MurphsmomExplorerWe have what I think is a rather unique fire starter. I save dryer lint in a mesh bag and then when we are ready to hit the road we stuff it into empty toilet paper rolls. Any grease from cooking gets poured into one of the fire starter tubes and gets used for the next day's campfires.
I know, I know...it sounds bizarre, but it really does work. - Old-BiscuitExplorer IIII use a charcoal BBQ.
Fill it with briquettes
When done BBQng put lid on.....smothering it
Repeat next day etc.
Last night of use......leave lid off and let everything burn to ash.
Empty next morning in trash bag and dump
Put lid on BBQ.place in storage compartment.........DONE
NO Grease - eDUBzExplorerClean up with a **** load of paper towles then Bon fire.
- KlbcExplorerWe pour grease into a can and freeze it before throwing it away. What grease and other food left is wiped down with paper towels. Same as in s&b.
