2014 GS RV Travel guide

I made a order from CW over the weekend and my order arrived Wed. all except the GSRVTG check the tracking... says delivered... wrote.. got the response... that the system only give the results of 1 tracking number for the entire order... an issue with the system they are working on.. ok fair enough... but the guide is 10 to 14 days... really ? should be on the page about that.. instead of in stock and ready to ship..one would think ok its going to be with my order.. but alas not... anyone else have this issue with the guide?
