A good webcam solution for monitoring your RV, pets, etc.

I guess I don't understand how the cam communicates to the outside world. If I relies on a wifi signal I find them to be very unreliable especially campground systems. That would eliminate it right there.

So the only other choice is having another cell phone set up in hot spot mode in the camper or purchasing a hot spot just for this device.

Am I correct or as usual I just don't have a clue on how these things work:-)
