All email going to trash

My email has been hacked. I have changed my password but all new email goes to trash. I have SBC email. Does anyone know how to correct this?

Yikes....not good. Did you change any settings in your email account recently or do some kind of update? If not, Sounds like a virus.
Start by downloading and running Malwarebytes. (the free version)
