I personally don't belong to any "audiophile circle" and do agree the speaker is a little pricy but am very happy with the quality of sound.
If you're happy with the sound and are willing to pay for it, that's all that really counts. - sch911ExplorerThere is nothing wrong with Bose sound it's adequate for most people. The big gripe are their prices compared to similar products that cost less....

We have one and love it. Great sound in a little package. If you are looking for speakers for a surround sound system can't help you. Tim
- RoyBExplorer IIAfter looking at all the links on google search it seems that BOSE is really pushing this model of wireless mobile speaker. I have no idea what this uses to make it wireless - It has a price tag of around $250
As close as your rooms are apart in your truck Camper it seems it would not be a big chore to route some out-of-sight speaker leads from the Bed room areas to the sitting area of the camper.
I would imagine however to get the famous BOSE AUDIO characteristics you will need to get a BOSE product...
I have been using the CC CRANE products for years and the CC-RADIO PLUS portable FM radio sure has a very good sound to it... Runs on four D-Cells and has 120VAC cord as well... I have been carrying this around with us for camping for years now... Very easy on the D-CELLS..
Roy Ken - strollinExplorerI don't know what model Bose sound system you have but I assume that it doesn't currently have support for wireless speakers built-in. In that case you could get something like this: Bluetooth Audio Transmitter. Much higher fidelity than the FM transmitter that RoyB suggested.
It plugs into a headphone jack and will transmit the audio to a Bluetooth speaker within about 30 ft. There are Bluetooth speakers available for just about any price range you desire. Here is a selection from Amazon: Amazon Bluetooth Speakers
I personally have this speaker for use with my tablet/phone/laptop: Sony SRSBTX300 Portable NFC Bluetooth Wireless Speaker System (Black). It sounds decent enough for the cost but you can get better if you spend more. - robsouthExplorer II

Good luck with that! - mikeleblanc413ExplorerI'm certainly not "married" to Bose...I also bought the multi CD changer that went belly up some time ago. Would not rebuy a Bose. What I do like about Bose is the compactness and sound! I'm certainly not going to spend $$$'s on wireless speakers and would entertain another make with similiar compactness, sound and wireless speakder. THANK!
