Can't Save to " Favorites" any more?
I'm on Windows 8.1. Can't save to Favorites any more. Still have my list of Favorites but can't save anymore. Is there a setting or a fix for this problem besides moving to Windows 10?

I guess you are referring to the Internet browsers and saving tab settings etc...
We use FIREFOX and CHROME browsers here wit WIN 10 and they work just fine. Also the new WIN 10 EDGE browsers works well as with their FAVORITES TAB settings... Stopped using Windows Internet Explorer many years ago...
All of my favorite TAB sittings load up automatically when I first start-up or are sitting in BOOKMARKS on the top task bar to be selected with a click of the mouse key...
