This year we will be spending extended time in weak signal areas and want to invest in a signal boosting system. We have Verizon cell phone service and Verizon Jetpack for our internet needs. Currently traveling in a 34' MH. We will be parked for extended periods and would be able to attach a mast to the rear (ladder) of the MH for an external antenna. We are more concerned about reaching out for a weak signal while parked than grabbing weak signals while traveling. Seeking input on most suitable equipment and set up/configuration info. from someone with a better grasp of the technology than myself.

That's odd I have almost never found a weak area with Verizon where are you going We have only found dead spots 4 times in over 200 places

I see youve never been to SE Oregon huh?There are hundreds of cell dead spots all over the country. You just need to get off the interstate once in a while.

There are hundreds of cell dead spots all over the country. You just need to get off the interstate once in a while.

Verizon has good coverage in Pennsylvania. But, there a lot of dead spots.

Hi,

If you really MUST connect then get a satellite phone. Prices have now dropped from outrageous to merely expensive. I believe there is a 'no contract' option as well.

You may need a 300' tall antenna if conditions are bad enough. Good luck.
