Computer running very slow & freezing up ?
Dell lap top, windows 10, verizon fios, fiber optics.?? Operator is from analog generation. KISS for me.

I had same issue recently and found Windows 10 was being forced to do upgrade in the background...and it could not upgrade due to internet too slow...so it kept working and working...I had to get professional to do upgrade and had them shut off the auto updates.Hope this helps.
