We have dealt with this CW this past spring - not with a good ending.
We recently purchased a 2015 5th wheel from CW of St Augustine and have had wonderful treatment and response from them. There is a minor warranty issue with the 5th wheel. Since we are much closer to Lake City than St Augustine, we were told to go to Lake City and they could take care of the issue. Good! Fine! The warranty part was ordered through CW of Lake City - no problem. But trying to find out the status of this has been a real issue. We have left 2 messages with the person we were told handles warranty.....but can't get any response!! How do we get someone to call us back? We are just wanting to know the status - that's it!

We received a phone call yesterday afternoon from CW Lake City, the person that we had left messages - that person updated us on the status (wrong part was sent to them....correct part is now being sent). We were told that we would be contacted as soon as the part arrived.
