Do I need to buy a new printer. Who sells them?

I have a new dell lap top that came with win 8 installed. I upgraded to win 8.1
We now have a 2018 Ford Explorer,2wheel drive.

8 to 8.1 is a ninor upgrade. Reinstall the latest drivers.

Check Dell website for newer drivers. If not, you'll probably have to get a new printer. Same thing happened to a lot of folks upgrading from XP to 7.
