Dish Network
We have a 211z and Dish 1000.4 and would like to find a satellite meter to make setup a little easier. Just wondering if anyone else is using the 1000.4 if so what meter do you have.

- if you change the lnb to the 1000.2 eastern arc set up (they are on ebay) you only have 2 lnbs and very easy to aime,I cover the the 61.5 lnb (thats the one that is mounted streight)the aime at sat 72,very easy and to answer your question I use a meter from Ace hardware,about $15 works perfect.

- I use the Acutrak III too, works great
- I use an SF-500 Satellite Meter to aim my 1K4 dish. They used to sell for about $50 on eBay, but I haven't priced one lately.
- I use an Acutrac III Plus which, unfortunately, is not manufactured anymore.
I bought a Tracker Light OTM 500 which was a mistake. The Tracker Light is a is a clone (or rip off) of a First Strike meter.
