Does RV Garmin only list Service that are RV friendly

Question

I am relatively new in using my RV Garmin. I know that when I am using it in RV mode it only shows routes that it believes are RV friendly or compatible. Is this also true for the services?? What I am wondering is whether the gas stations listed or that come up on it can be depended on for ability to get my Motorhome with tow dolly in and out if I stop for Gas.

Any insight on this as relates to RV Garmin or any other App that list only those service stations that are RV compatible would be greatly appreciated

It should list everything in its data base regardless.  It does route according to settings.

No the gas stations are not selective - they list them all
