Click on the "gear" icon (below my smiley face in the graphic below) at the top right of your gmail window. Then click on "Settings" in the pull down menu.
In the settings window select the "Accounts and Import" link near the top of settings as seen in this graphic.
The window below will appear, this is where you enter other email accounts you want gmail to access. The "import mail and contacts" link on this page will lead you through some of the more common email servers.
I have blocked out my email addresses in the screen clips above but you should get the idea.
