I want to transfer a file from my PC to my iPhone via Bluetooth which they both have and devices are paired and connected. I followed directions from this link:
go to the apple app store on your phone and do a search for (bluetooth file transfer) and try a app to transfer your files you can always delete a app that does not work for you then you have to know where the files are transferring to on the phone. (the file folder on one of the screens on your phone?)
I'm no Apple expert but I believe you need Itunes to transfer files with Apple products. Android can transfer files via Bluetooth however Apple does not allow it?
I have successfully transferred files via BT but it's been a while As I recall you need both device open and live You need to "pair" them and then approve both the send and the receive. And then it crashes often as not (I've not had a lot of luck)
Home was where I park it. but alas the. 2005 Damon Intruder 377 Alas declared a total loss after a semi "nicked" it. Still have the radios Kenwood TS-2000, ICOM ID-5100, ID-51A+2, ID-880 REF030C most times
On 3 occasions I was coerced into helping a friend with an iPhone Each time I had to use iTunes on my pc to communicate with the iPhone and complete the task I suggest you try that
I do not have any Apple products, (which is a very closed system)
I can explain it to you. But I Can Not understand it for you ! ....
Connected using T-Mobile Home internet and Visible Phone service 1997 F53 Bounder 36s
Not a direct answer to your question, but have you tried emailing it to yourself? that's the easiest way I have found to get a file from one device or another aside from cloud storage.
