FireFox keeps popping a window telling me to 'update it' ... I don't want to update it ... it works fine. Each time I get this LT working the way I want it, it ALWAYS wants to update itself. I'...

Yes, 1492 Thanks ... I have it checked for "ask me" not automatic update ... and it keeps asking me.
Sometimes, I'd like to update ... but with the FireFox, it seems to run worse after the updates than before. And it seems to run fine now -- of course, I'd not want the 'nasties' getting in either, so it's either you update it or you update it ... no winners in the long run, I guess.
And, I run the updates when we have a WIFI tap-in, like a library - instead of blowing out our 'hotspot' allowance. Seems this FireFox update pops up every five minutes tho' ... annoying a bit. Will have update time this weekend.
