You will need your product number.
Go to:
www.hp.com/go/contacthp
enter your product number.
click on the updates and drivers. Update your BIOS, when you have finished
you must REBOOT
This should solve it. - HappyKayakersExplorerHow old is the notebook? Sometimes they just quit. Make sure you have the maintenance manual downloaded and search the internet for a replacement keyboard. They're fairly cheap and it should take about 1 hr to swap out. Make sure you have a good set of jeweler's screwdrivers.
