Internet Access from 8.1 facepage

Today I cannot access Internet Explorer or Firefox from the 8.1 Start page {Tiles}. I can access from the Desktop page. I also can't access
the "change PC settings". None of the tiles on the face page work.HELP

Probably something in settings got changed.. Try Re booting the PC

BTW. I don't use the tiles.. I only use the desktop

Windows 8 needs to be activated before the Store and apps will work. Check to make sure Windows 8 is still activated. If Windows 8 will not activate online, then you can activate by phone instead.
BTW, it's called the " Start Page ", not the face page.
