iOS 14

Anybody downloaded it yet? I haven't yet. From the looks of it you are going to have to totally relearn the iPhone. Everything about it looks different.
  • I’ve never been upset with a iOS update. Not to worried about it.
  • Very little difference. I have it on my iPhone and iPad.

Safari options a little different, they changed the color of the music app, and added a translator.

  • I updated my phone yesterday. There are some differences. Depending on how you use the device, the changes may be unnoticeable.

I have mostly noticed the home screen widgets and Compact UI for phone calls
  • Noticed a couple extra app icons to delete. Rest is same.
I am a light user. I see no issues.
  • A bug reported today.....if you reset or restart your IOS14 device, you lose some custom settings for browser and a few other apps. ....it reverts to default settimgs and you have to re-enter your custom settings.....such as default browser choice...

Just updated, needed to down load and we have spare data this month. The down load is something like 2.3 gb, if on cell internet something to think about.
  • Have updated iPhone(2 of them), iPad, Apple TV. so far have not encountered any significant blips. There are some nice new feature should you choose to use them, some minor changes to built in apps, but so far so good.
  • My aviation app, FlyQ EFB advises do not update to 14 as they have not finished testing the software.
