lci multifunction remote for slideouts, awning, lights

Our coach is a 2016 Jayco Pinnacle 38FLSA. The unit came with the LCI remote that controls the slideouts, lights, and awning deployment. Has worked great, but this weekend 2 of the 5 slides would not come out with the remote. They work fine with the switch inside, but not the wireless remote. My experience with radio controlled remotes is limited, but every time I have seen something like this it was relay related. I removed the control board where the manual slide switches and all the light switches, along with the circuit board for tank levels is located, but the only relay I see is a small one at the top of the board. The 7 function remote still has 5 of the functions working fine. I found 3 of the slideout controllers on the roof of the basement, but haven't found the other two. I did contact my dealer and he is calling me back in the morning when the techs are in the shop. Anybody got any experience with something like this?
