Makeing programs available to both users on Windows 8.1

We are using Windows 8.1 and I recently installed MS Office 2010. How do I enable DH to access those programs via his own identity on the computer? I feel like it's a "dumb" questions but I can't fi...

When you INSTALL the program it asks "Everyone or just you" .. alas you choose the wrong option.

There is a way to change it, but alas, I do not recall. One way that might work is to log on with HER account access and then search for the program and once you find the EXE file right click and choose "SEND TO----DESKTOP" that might work, or not, not sure how sofisicated Win 8.1 security is since my machine is a single user.

Note use the search feature of My Computer (That is the folder icon in the quick launch tray) not the other search feature.
