Our Winegard SK3003 satellite dish has a problem...Help

This is a 2012 dish and is SD, not HD. DirecTV screen tells us X771 (can't find satellite). Took to a RV service center and it turns out there is one bad cable...maybe (still checking).. This dish...

My SK-3004 failed after 13 months. Sent it back to Winegard, it spend three weeks at a dealer. No one could determine what the problem was. Winegard replaced it with a SK-SWM and not had one more problem.
